The 2020 ADE HEXAGON PRO handguard was designed by Ade Advanced Optics right here in Oregon with the goal of being the lightest and smallest free floating forend. The width of the handguard before accessories have been installed is only 1.49".

Handguard
Best value in a handguard I have found. Slim profile. I’m a fan of the clamp style handguards. This one has a nice steel barrel nut as well. And the cutouts along the handguard are smooth edged, not sharp. I find this to be a really nice handguard for the money, and Made in USA too. Excellent product.

From the pictures it doesn’t look as strong actually is. This product is worth it. It’s hard finding a good 17” hand guard , for the price it’s a great deal. Fits perfectly

M-Lok Honeycomb handguard

Easy install. Good look and suggested for people with long arms. Used it to replace a 7” grip
Sits a little off center of the barrel could be that it doesn’t match well with my RRA. Fine with a scope but would probably not with iron sites.

Smells like magic marker.
The only reason this item did not get the five star review is that it arrived with a rather decent ding in the aluminium housing. It may have passed a cursory inspection due to it not being immediately noticeable. Life isn't perfect I bent it back and applied some black coloring to hide it. Everything else was 10 out of ten, other than the fact my garbage armorers wrench didn't fit for tightening. Looked great, solid barrel nut, doesn't move.?

Handguard
For my purposes and for the price this is a nice handguard and appears to be well made. Would prefer a different barrel nut, not a big fan of flats as opposed to Stoner style but that is just a personal preference. We will see how it holds up, should be good to go.
