Ade Advanced Optics Zantitium RD3-015 Red Dot Reflex Sight + Optic Mounting Plate for Sig Sauer P320-X5 Pistol

I generally don't write reviews immediately because almost everything looks good when it's brand new. Instead, I waited several months before deciding whether this optic actually deserved five stars. So far it absolutely has. Installation was straightforward, the included mounting plate fit my X5 exactly as advertised, and the optic has remained completely reliable. The larger viewing window really does make a noticeable difference when trying to quickly acquire the dot during repeated presentations. I also appreciate the top-loading battery design because changing batteries later won't require removing the optic and confirming zero again. Several hundred rounds later, everything remains tight, the adjustments still track correctly, and the finish has held up better than I expected. Considering everything included in the package, I think it's one of the better values available.

There's nothing mechanically wrong with the optic—it works exactly as advertised. The reason for my lower rating is simply personal preference. I underestimated how much larger the housing would be compared to the compact optics I'm used to. The bigger window is definitely nice, but I personally prefer something with a smaller overall profile.

Everything about this optic feels well made. The housing is solid, the controls have a nice positive feel, and the included mounting plate fit perfectly. I've had it installed for several months now, and zero hasn't changed at all. The large viewing window makes shooting much more comfortable than some of my smaller optics.

The optic itself appears very well made and the glass looks great. Unfortunately, I didn't verify compatibility carefully enough before ordering. My slide wasn't the version this plate was designed for. Customer service helped explain the different configurations, so the mistake was mine. Be sure to double-check compatibility before ordering.

I wasn't familiar with ADE before purchasing this optic, so I spent a lot of time reading reviews and comparing specifications. I considered several optics costing considerably more, but I kept coming back to this package because it included everything necessary for installation. After opening the box, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality. The machining on both the optic and mounting plate is clean, the anodized finish looks uniform, and all of the supplied hardware fit properly. Installation took less time than I anticipated, and the optic seated securely without any movement. The large viewing window immediately stood out once I started using it. During practice, it became noticeably easier to locate the dot after presentation, especially when transitioning between multiple targets. The glass is clear with very little tint, brightness adjustments are easy to operate, and the top-loading battery compartment is a feature I wish every optic had. After several months of use, it continues to hold zero perfectly and has exceeded my expectations.

I like buying complete kits instead of sourcing every component individually. The optic, mounting plate, screws, and tools were all included, making installation very straightforward. The top-loading battery is another feature I really appreciate because I won't have to remove the optic during future battery changes. My only suggestion would be to include a slightly more detailed printed installation guide.

The larger viewing window was the main reason I chose this optic, and it absolutely delivered. Finding the dot feels much more natural than with the smaller optics I've used before. The included mounting plate fit perfectly, and everything lined up exactly as it should. Great package for the price.

The optic itself looks very well made. Unfortunately I didn't read the compatibility information carefully enough before ordering and later discovered my particular model wasn't compatible with this mounting plate. Customer support quickly helped me identify the correct version. The mistake was mine, not the product.

I appreciate products that arrive with everything needed to complete the installation. This package includes the optic, mounting plate, hardware, tools, and accessories, so I didn't have to spend additional time researching compatible parts. That alone made the buying experience much simpler. The first thing I noticed after installation was the viewing window. Compared to several smaller optics I own, this one provides a much more open sight picture. Finding the dot during presentation became noticeably easier, especially during rapid transitions. The top-loading battery compartment is another feature I really appreciate because I don't have to remove the optic every time the battery eventually needs replacing. After several months of regular use, nothing has loosened, zero has remained consistent, and the controls continue to function smoothly. The housing feels solid, the finish has held up well, and overall I'm extremely pleased with the purchase.

I had everything mounted and zeroed in less than an hour. The glass is exceptionally clear and the larger housing provides a noticeably wider field of view. The only reason I'm giving four stars is because the optic is physically larger than many micro red dots, so it may not appeal to everyone. Personally, I think the extra size is worth it for the larger window.

The oversized window is exactly why I bought this optic, and it didn't disappoint. Acquiring the dot feels much faster than with the smaller optics I've used before. The included mounting plate fit my X5 perfectly and everything installed without any surprises. Excellent package overall.
