Good product, but make sure you have the right model
Overall this is a solid mounting plate with good fit and performance, but I would strongly recommend confirming that your P320 is a standard non-optic-ready version before buying, because it will not work with newer models that already have an optic cut, and once I used it on the correct setup, it performed exactly as expected.

Great for older generation P320 owners
If you’re running one of the earlier P320 models without an optic cut, this plate is a great option because it gives you modern functionality without needing to replace your slide or invest in machining, and after using it for a while, I feel like it extends the usefulness of the pistol significantly.
-
Slightly higher mounting position but still usable
Because it replaces the rear sight instead of being milled into the slide, the optic does sit a bit higher than a direct mount, but after some range time, I got used to the sight picture and it didn’t affect performance, and for the convenience and cost savings, it’s a trade-off I’m happy with.

Works well with multiple red dot footprints
One thing I really like about this plate is that it supports a variety of red dot footprints, which makes it more versatile depending on what optic you want to run, and that flexibility made it easier for me to choose the setup I preferred without being locked into a specific brand.
-
Good fit and machining quality
The machining on this plate looks clean and precise, and it fit snugly into the rear sight dovetail without needing modification, and once tightened down, it felt secure and properly aligned, which gave me confidence in its durability and performance over time.
-
Not compatible with optic-ready models
The product itself is well made and works as intended, but I initially bought it thinking it would fit my optic-ready P320, which it does not, because those models already have a factory cut and use different mounting systems, so once I realized that and installed it on a standard P320 instead, it worked perfectly, but compatibility is something you definitely need to double-check before buying.

Clean setup for a non-optic-ready pistol
This plate gave me a clean and simple way to upgrade my older P320 without modifying the slide, and once installed, it looks well integrated and doesn’t feel like a temporary solution, and after using it for a while, I’ve come to appreciate how straightforward and effective it is for this type of setup.

Holds zero better than expected
I was a bit skeptical about how well a dovetail-mounted plate would hold zero, but after mounting my optic and putting a few hundred rounds through it, I was impressed that it stayed consistent without needing adjustments, and as long as everything is installed properly with threadlocker, it seems to be a very dependable setup.
-
Important note on compatibility
This plate works great on my older P320, but it’s very important to understand that it only fits the standard models that are not optic ready, because it uses the rear sight dovetail for mounting, and if you have a newer P320 with an optic cut, this is not the right product, but for the intended models, it fits well and performs as expected.

Great budget alternative to slide milling
Instead of spending the time and money to have my slide milled, I decided to try this plate, and it ended up being a great alternative because it allowed me to mount a red dot quickly and at a much lower cost, and while it does sit a bit higher than a milled setup, it performs well and gives me the functionality I was looking for.
-
Easy install and solid lockup
Installation was much easier than I expected since it simply replaces the rear sight dovetail, and once I got it properly seated and tightened down, it felt very secure with no movement at all, and after a few range sessions, it has held zero without any issues, making it a reliable option for adding an optic to a standard P320.

Perfect solution for older P320 models
I have an older standard SIG P320 without an optic cut, and I’ve been wanting to mount a red dot without sending the slide out for machining, and this plate turned out to be exactly what I needed because it replaces the rear sight cleanly and provides a solid mounting platform, and after installing it and taking it to the range, everything stayed tight and held zero, which made it feel like a very practical upgrade for anyone running a non-optic-ready setup.

It didn't come close to fitting.
This is plastic. It doesn't fit the Sig Pro Cut carry/compact slide in any capacity.
