Trijicon RMR to Multi-Footprint Red Dot Adapter Plate
This is the only adapter on the market designed to convert any pistol optic cut or plate with a Trijicon RMR footprint to accept a wide range of other red dot footprints, including:
- Vortex Venom/Viper
- Shield RMS/RMSc
- ADE (RD3-006, RD3-009, RD3-012, RD3-013, RD3-018, RD3-019)
- Burris Fastfire 1/2/3

- Leica Tempus, Sig Romeo Zero, JPoint, Holosun 507K, and many more!
Compatible Firearms & Installation
This adapter is ideal for custom slides that only accept Trijicon RMR footprint red dots, such as:
- Rock Island slides
- Polymer 80 slides
While this mount can be installed without a gunsmith, professional installation is strongly recommended. Improper torque settings or unprofessional installation may result in loose screws, failure to hold zero, damage to the firearm/optic, or potential injury.
Easy Installation & Versatile Compatibility
- Simply attach the adapter plate onto the existing Trijicon RMR optic cut just like a regular optic plate.
- Includes screws compatible with over 25 popular red dot brands. If the included screws do not fit, we recommend visiting a local hardware store (e.g., ACE Hardware) to find the correct size.
High-Quality Construction
- Made in the USA
- Precision-machined T6 aircraft-grade aluminum

Slight Modification Needed
The plate does not have a big enough holes to fit the front pins of the trijicon mount. This can be changed by increasing the size of the holes using a dremel. The screws needed for the Burris Fastfire 3 mounting came with this sight and are not provided by the mounting screws provided by the universal converter. Otherwise the conversion went well.

Works well. Well made, good value but…
Works well. Well made, good value but… I’d have liked to have a protective coat of some sorts. Anything really. The holes for a G17 are just a wee bit too far aft to accommodate rear iron sites and a Vortex Venom. Other than that, it works as advertised.

Just what I needed to mount a Burris 3 on a RMR cut slide
Just what I needed to mount a Burris 3 on a RMR cut slide. Installed the mount in the RMR cut slide and then the Burris 3 optic on the mount. Couldn't be any easier. Very ratified.

Worked Perfect.
Worked perfect. Installed a Vortex viper red dot on a Glock 17 slide with an RMR cut. Love it.

Purchased for Glock 19 rmr slide to mount optic with Docter footprint.
Fit perfectly on an rmr drilled slide to mount a crimson trace 1250 with the docter footprint. The optic sets a little far back on the plate so I had to remove the rear sights. Not a huge issue for me since the sights aren’t high enough to co-witness. The plate is flat on the bottom and top with beveled screw holes. This was mounted on an aftermarket Glock 19 slide from aim surplus. Hopefully this information can help someone out in the future.

well made
Installed easily and my sight mounted flawlessly. I did paint it black to match my slide.

Universal optic plate
Seems like a well manufactured product. Did not work for the application i had intended. Does not allow you to mount vortex venom to PSA Dagger slide with an RMR cut.
