Perfect fit, and easy to put on
This optic mount for my S&W Shield 380 EZ is exactly what I was looking for! The installation was incredibly easy and straightforward—it fit perfectly with no issues. The mount itself is very well-made, feels solid, and is clearly durable. It holds my optic securely, and I'm confident it will last. This is very close to a top-quality product and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to add an optic to their 380 EZ, without breaking the bank.

Nice fit and finish
The plate looks good and is good quality. The threads are clean, the plate is flat, and the finish is smooth. It fits my sight nicely and is going to function very well. Install looks easy enough and I can't wait to mount it on my Smith! Great plate for a great price!

Great quality adapter
This is a nice solution for mounting a red dot onto a non optic cut gun. It's fairly self explanatory functionality wise and very easy to get installed. It is made of very durable aluminum and is quite easy to setup and use. The adapter plate functions exactly as intended and fits well, overall it's a great value for the money.

380EZ red dot mounting plate
This mounting plate fit my Smith and Wesson M&P380 Shield EZ 2.0 perfectly, it was tight and doesn't move after installing. People complained about the lack of lock tight on screws but a lot of people who maintain guns, cars, or even some hobbies has lock tight in their toolbox or junk drawer. To install is easy, but you have to measure to make sure it is centered, I used my micrometer to ensure that it was centered. Comes with wrenches for install. The quality is good, the screw holes are nice and tight, also no issues with mounting red dot to plate. Highly recommend this if you have the 380 EZ

Great optic mount
... ok, I used to hate this style of mount, and I have to say as a firearm instructor I've swung back around to getting it. First of all, the mount itself. Fits fine, screws in tight, mounts the optics I have on hand that use the optic. It's fine enough. The actual attachment mechanism is also fine enough. It's well machined, functionally it fits perfectly into the spot and is secured by the screw well enough to make sure the optic doesn't come loose. It does add a bit of staggered height but it fits the gun perfectly and looks fine enough when finished. The thing that made me start recommending this was two separate experiences. So, first of all, the idea of a gun with no backup irons always freaked me out. And if I'm honest, I'd still PREFER backup irons. But shoot a gun with no irons and you discover that, if you've shot enough, you should actually be able to shoot about as well as you would normally at speed because you shouldn't be focusing on the sights anyway. And importantly, I've experienced the dot on THIS setup dying, and there's a technique you can train for. Point shooting while lowering the gun slightly, using the frame of the red dot as a left/right correction and point shooting for elevation at close ranges and you can still use a pistol with a dead rear sight. Yeah. Can recommend. Both from a tactical perspective and from a physical materials perspective on this individual mount, the concept makes sense and this application of it is perfectly fine to modernize your EZ.

Good quality and perfect fit
The mounting plate fits the dovetail for the M&P shield 9mm version 1 just fine. I removed the rear sight using a sight pusher and also tapping on it as the M&P is tough to get the sights in and out of. Make sure you purchase a quality sight pusher like the one in my video and watch a video on how to use it as well. The Vortex CCW red dot fits on the plate exactly and it is sturdy. I added extra blue locktite to everything I did screw wise since it is going to be under a lot of stress when it is fired. Another option is to purchase an optics ready slide for the pistol and that is what I am ultimately going to do so I can keep my sights as a back up; but if you don’t mind not having cowitness sights this is great solution to avoid milling the slide or replacing it with a new slide. But the cost difference is substantial and this by far is the most affordable conversion, followed by milling, and then followed by buying a new slide.

Works great
This mountain plate worked exactly as described on a 380 easy shield. I followed torque specifications when mounting and everything went smooth easily and fit perfect with no shaking whatsoever. Mounting an optic on this was no issue and again I followed to specifications and installation was smooth with high accuracy results accompanied by a great fit. This plate seems to be extremely high-quality adorable, and a great value for the price. It is a well designed well engineered piece that easily earns five stars.

Good quality, solid piece
As best I can tell this is a really solid plate for a good price. The milling is all nice and smooth, which you don't always get out of made in china products, but it seems like this company (which is out of the US) cares about the quality and spent the time to make sure it would get machined nicely. It has all the hardware required, and while it does include the necessary allen keys, it's always good to use a set that can torque to the proper weight when installing.

Good Fit and Solid Finish
This optic mounting plate for the Smith Wesson MP 380 Shield EZ pistol is a nice upgrade. It's made from aircraft grade aluminum with a hard anodized finish so it looks and feels like a durable piece. Installation is straightforward and comes with screws (already with blue Loctite applied and Allen wrenches). It allows me to use my preferred micro red dot footprint which is great. I always use S&W recommended torque on the screws (highly recommend using a torque screwdriver, I use FixIt and couldn't be happier). If you're looking to fit a micro red dot on your Shield EZ and want a solid made in the USA plate this is a strong option.
