  • Comes with an ADE Zantitium RD3-015 RED dot sight, a picatinny plate(pre-assembled), and a optic mounting plate designed to fit 1911 pistols with standard Novak(does NOT fit Novak OVERSIZE) rear sight cut by replacing the factory rear sight on standard NOVAK dovetail.
  • 1911s have several different rear sight dovetail cuts, such as Colt(G.I.) Standard, LPA, Novak standard/traditional and Novak Oversize rear sight. This ADE Optic Plate made by ADE is for Novak Standard/traditional rear sight ONLY. It does NOT fit any 1911 that does NOT has a traditional Novak rear sight. Please confirm with your pistol manufacturer what rear sight you have before purchasing.
  • Minor modification to the sight base may be necessary for some 1911s including Rock Islands, Citadels, and GSG 1911 .22s.
  • This optic plate for Novak Does NOT fit any Novak cut that is NOT GENUINE/traditional/true Novak rear sight cut, such as some Taurus 1911 and some Ruger 1911 who use Licensed Novak rear sight but created their own sizes cut.
  • The optic plate for 1911 with Standard Novak rear sight requires removal the rear sight and disassemble the pistol. Gunsmith experience is required. We recommend hiring a professional gunsmith. Please note. Unprofessional installation such as improper torque(12in/lb) will result in screw loose, not holding zero, damage to the firearm/optic and personal injury.

    • The ADE Zantitium Red dot sight is the largest handgun sight currently available on the market. Its dimensions are 2.25 inches in length, 1.4 inches in width, and 1.27 inches in height. It offers a window size up to twice as large as other micro red dots. However, due to its larger size, it may appear bulky when installed on a micro-compact handgun. 

      The ADE Zantitium Red dot sight features a size that is approximately 30% longer than other red dots, providing a larger window. Consequently, it may not be compatible with certain Optics Ready handgun models that have an optic cut in front of the rear sight (designed to allow co-witnessing with the red dot), such as Glock MOS and Springfield OSP. Due to its extended length, this red dot does not properly fit into the pre-cut designed for optics. Instead, it is designed to be mounted using a mounting plate that replaces the rear sight and sits on top of the slide.

    •   The ADE Zantitium Red dot sight features a top load system, allowing for easy battery changes without needing to remove the sight. It includes the red dot itself, a tool, a removable picatinny plate with two screws, a cover, a lens cloth, and an instruction manual. This sight is designed to fit pistol optic plates that replace the rear sight and are compatible with the Doctor/Vortex Venom/Burris Fastfire footprint. It does not fit optic-ready pistols with a cutout and is not compatible with RMR or Shield RMS type footprint plates.
