Optic Mounting Plate Compatibility
Comes with a dedicated mounting plate that fits directly into the rear dovetail, replacing the factory rear sight on most Springfield XD pistols that are not optics ready.

ADE RD3-006B-2 Green Dot Sight Features
This green dot sight uses advanced Motion Activated System technology. The sight powers down after five minutes of inactivity to save battery, and instantly reactivates to its previous brightness setting upon detecting motion or vibration.
Features a front-located on/off switch that is easier to access compared to side switches.
3 MOA dot size with 5 brightness levels.
Lenses are precision ground and polished to virtually eliminate parallax, delivering a crisp, clear sight picture.
Fully adjustable and lockable windage and elevation.
Unlimited eye relief.
Shockproof and fogproof, suitable for use as a primary or backup sight, even on a long-range rifle scope.

Shipped Wrong Item & Went Dark!
These guys are terrible! This adapter plate DOES NOT fit a standard non-OSP Hellcat! They know this and are still shipping them out! 3 gunsmiths won't touch it and they will NOT reply to offer an exchange or refund. They have gone completely dark on this Veteran, so I'll NEVER deal with them again! Be Warned!

Great sight. Green dot is easily visible in daylight. Mounted on an XDM GBB and had to grind the mounting bracket to make it fit. That was a pain in the ass, but overall I’d give this a 5 star and would put it on other firearms.

Product quality and customer service
Hi, I received free replacement screws when I lost the ones that came with the unit. They graciously mailed me new ones at their expense. Being much more careful not to lose the new ones I mounted my RD3-006B on my Springfield XDM Elite pistol. Once mounted I rushed to the pistol range and tested my red dot. Wow how pleased I was as well as my army ranger son in law (now retired from active service). I knew I loved it but when he was very pleased with it I knew this is a great optic that really made me a much better shot. The first thing I did when it was mounted was put a bore sighter in the chamber and line up the dots which was very easy to do. My first shots at 20 yards were ringing the steel and only missed when I tried the two inch one. Thank you guys for having a great product at a great price backed up by great service and people. I give a strong endorsement of your products and services to all my fellow shooters. Thanks for getting me out of a jam and going above and beyond what I expected. I wish you the greatest of success. Just right
I went from my iron sights on my xd40 sc, and I do not regret it one bit. I debated red or green dot, finally went with this and the install was rather easy, although i wish the mounting screw was a bit shorter, other than that it functions great, adjustments are simple and straight forward and I hope to take it to the range to zero it in soon!

The reddit works great and does what it should the plate however said it was for my xd and did not fit properly the screws were also all wrong

Optics
The Optics look good but in the product description it states that it also fix and XDS so three stars because it doesn't it comes with the E1 E2 plate that doesn't fit the new XDS the Optics look good though
