Purchased this for my new 11.5 inch build. I liked the price, qd sockets and style. But once it was in my hand it felt way too light and light(fragile).

The handguard is installed on my newest ar build and I am very happy with it. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because in order to get my top rails to line up perfectly I had to take a file to the handguard. It was pretty minor really but the two little tabs that sit on each side of your upper receiver when installed had to be filed down in order for my top rail to line up, I don't consider this a huge deal although I would have expected this from a much cheaper handguard option. Still worth it though, would still buy again

fter purchasing the combat handguard for my aero m5 ar10 build which was dpms high and hard to find a decent non aero handguard… I fell in love with this handguard for my 308 and wanted to replace the old keymod rail from my “Gucci” 7.5 5.56 build, so I ordered this bad boy just to find out it wouldn’t fit on my wardog industries receiver set, insert sad face… so I ended up swapping out an old PSA handguard that I had on my 300blk build and man it’s a sweet sweet setup… crying that it didn’t work for my fancy build.. highly recommended for anyone looking for a kickass high quality rail for their mil spec upper… probably one of my favorite handguards I’ve purchased would buy again and probably will buy again for another future build.

As the title says, I managed to get a factory sealed handguard with a few chips in the finish down to bare aluminum. Easy to fix with some Aluminum Black, and I'm planning on cerakoting eventually, but still sucks to have to deal with in the first place.

This thing is well built and looks great. Mates perfectly to my VLTOR upper receiver. Perfect choice for a SbR or pistol build. Quality product, will buy more Midwest industries products in the future.

The hand guard is nice but the 2 holes that both of the screws go into were both messed up and it just completely took the threads off the screws and I needed to tap and get new screws just to make it work

This is a great rail for any pistol or sbr build U are wanting to do the mlok slots make great for attaching watever U need to customize your weapon to your needs has a great steel barrel nut and comes with wrech as well

Package arrived quickly and without issues. Product came in secure box with plastic wrapping around rail, barrel nut, and wrench. Excellent quality for the price. Looking forward to using this on my 10.3 pistol build.

I’ve bought a few of these now for various builds and haven’t been disappointed. Not super heavy but very sturdy and quality. Comes with mlok rail mount and super easy to install overall. 10/10 would buy again

Installation was easy. Removing the old handguard was more difficult than installing the new one. ADE also has excellent installation videos on their website.

Fit and functioned perfectly with Aero, BCM, CMMG, AND Bushmaster(cero forge) upper.

ADE has always made a great product that isn’t as expensive as other brands out there. The hand guard was easy to put on, looks great and does what it’s supposed to do. I’ve put many of their hand guards on other rifles and will continue to do so.
