The ACCU Wedg eliminates play between the upper and lower and prevents play from developing in those rifles that don't currently have any perceptible play.
This is perhaps the least expensive of all the 223 rifle many potential accessories, yet it adds immeasurably to the security and surety of the most basic element of any weapon. Installation is a breeze.
One needs only proceed through the first step of a normal field stripping in order to install the ACCU-Wedge.
It fits easily into the slot just below the assembly pin.
The ACCU-Wedge fits between the receiver and the trigger assembly housing and completely eliminates any play and "rattle". you always can cut the bottom a little for make it fit batter for your rifle.

make a cheap gun feal expensive
Took every bit of play out of the upper and lower, it was pretty much night and day. Even with the action of the BCG to the buffer system it was solid and felt even more smooth than I could have asked for.

Works perfectly. Idk how someone could have an issue when using this. If you need to shave a bit off then it ia very easy but really it is best to just put as much pressure as is needed to get the receiver pin in through the holes.

Kleen Bore Accu-Wedge AR-15/M16 Buffer System ACU1 Gun Model
Excellent product, bought 4 and every one of them performed perfectly. No shaving, cutting or trimming needed. Each snugged up everything nicely.

Tightens stuff right up
Wobble from top and bottom gone for good. Just had to trim a little to get the perfect fit!

Works like it suppose to.
This product works as it suppose to. The wedge help the gap between the upper and lower of my AR build. I did trim the bottom of one of the wedges just so I can easy remove the rear take down pin. If you choose to not trim a little you may have a hard time taking the rear take down pin out as the wedge locks everything up pretty snug. Works great and no issues after a few hundreds rounds, and if the is a problem, you have three when you order so you are good.

AR Accu Wedge
This simple compressible device when placed in an AR action eliminated the slop due to machining tolerances between manufacturers lower and upper assemblies. It was somewhat difficult to close the action with the "Accu Wedge" in place but that equates to less movement. An inexpensive alternative to replacing either a complete upper or lower assembly.

Tried and True
If you don't like the movement between your upper and lower, and your lower don't have a set screw, then the accu wedge is for you. I've used them for years. It's a simple product that works and it's very durable. I keep a few on hand and after a year or so I switch it out for a new one. For the price, plus the effectiveness of the product, it's a no brainer. I would/have recommended the accu wedge to those with a need.

Good idea!
Got a Ruger AR 556 and I couldn't get my upper and lower to close. I tried cutting them down to size and it was just to tight, plus my upper and lower where tight to begin with and really don't need it, might work good on a loose setup. Says 3pk and I got shipped 5 so that's a plus!

works great
fits great! may need to cut some off the bottom with razor blade to get the upper and lower together with take down pins. shave off little of the rubber at a time till the fitment is to your liking. make upper and lower nice and snug with no play at all once modify it your setup.

Benji Beedle,
These little guys do a great job of getting that tiny bit of play out from between the upper and lower receiver. I don't like rattles and loose fitting parts and these wedges tighten up your AR's enough to make a $500 rifle feel like a $1000 rifle. They do not work on all lower receivers however. It fits milspec aluminum lowers with no problem. Some polymer lowers and upper receivers that have thick lugs have to close of a tolerance. And because of that close tolerance, you probably don't need a wedge anyway.

DT,
Works just like the accu-wedge, better value though. Tightens up the two receiver halves. Definitely worth the few dollars they cost. If you have a little movement, this should take care of it or mostly take care if it.
