2-20x scope for this price, clear glass, nice etched reticle and illuminated mildot
Super nice scope for the price. This replaced some other high-dollar brand name scopes, with lesser magnification range! Nice glass too.

So far so good, this seems to be a great value scope, nicely surprised
My comments need to be taken in the context brief experience so far with this scope, just had it for 4 days. Comments are from handling and examining the scope, no chance to mount it up yet and try it at the range. 1. Finish is matte and of high quality, can't comment on abrasion resistance but no reason to think that will be a problem. Feels like a high-end scope. 2. Weight is what some might call substantial but I expected the weight and don't consider it an issue. I won't be hauling this rifle/scope combo around so am not really concerned about a light scope. It's a range-only scope. 3. The ocular adjustment for focus was very tight at first, but became much easier to use with the first adjustments. 4. The glass appears to be very high quality, I have not been able to see any distortion around the periphery but again, have not had it at the range yet. That will be a better test. 5. The adjustment for reticle color and brightness is good, both colors show up well and switching from green to red and back to black is easy. My range has a covered shooting area so I won't be shooting in direct sunlight so expect to get some use from the reticle lighting. 6. I have not been able to adjust and check for parallax obviously but the adjuster it positive and seems to function well. 7. Windage and elevation adjusters may not be as crisp as a high-end scope but are more than adequate for my needs. I can feel the detents clearly. Locking is simple but adequate. Mine came with a one-piece cantilever mount which seems fine, I'll try it and see if it stays with the scope 8. I wanted a scope like this because as I get older (well over 65 now) I need the magnification. I get that with this scope. I bought it for a .308 platform and it should hold up well to the round. If your budget is unlimited there are better scopes. If you want something that works and has most of the features of those scopes this may be ideal. The higher end scopes will probably have better turret feel and zeroing features, the glass may be a higher grade but for most of us not shooting at 1000 yards this scope seems to fit the need. Based on one I've learned about it so far I'll probably buy a second one. Time will tell.

Very Impressed
I purchased this for my hbar 5.56 AR and love it. 2x field of view is awesome and zoomed into 20x 300 yard shots are a breeze. 300 is the limit at my range and I haven't had the chance to get out to some open country with it. Optics are excellent. Elevation and windage knobs are a little stiff to turn but they may loosen. Reticle substension is at 10x if your wondering. The quick detach rings hold great on my 5.56 but when I moved the scope over to my 7.62x51, they did not stay tight to the rail. This doesn't matter to me, I like the scope so much, I'm putting it on my 7.62x51 anyway but will probably go with a non quick disconnect cantilever mount.
