    Works great on a weaver rail. needed it for my High Standard Victor .22 pistol. Mounted a Holosun HS407C X2. Tried using the screws that came with the mounting plate but they started wallowing out the hex head with the included wrench. Could not torque to 10 in-lbs. Barely got them out and used the screws that came with the Holosun. Poor quality screws is the reason for the 4 stars. The mounting plate seems good quality.

    After installing a Picatinny rail on a Ruger Mark IV Hunter model #30118, this plate enabled me to install a Holosun red dot sight. It works great. Very solid.
