- Motion Activated System. While the red dot is turned on, the red dot illumination goes to sleep after five minutes of inactivity, but when any motion or vibration is detected, it instantly switches on illumination at the previous brightness setting. Users also have the option to manually turn the red dot power off to disable the Motion Activated System.

- Dimension: 1.9" length x1.1" width x1.0" height. IP67 Waterproof. The lens is coated with multi-coating to eliminate glare and provide a high level of performance in low light. Lenses are precision ground and polished to exacting geometries to virtually eliminate parallax and to provide a very clear, crisp sight picture.
- If you're not seeing a perfect round dot but instead observe a splashed dot, half-moon shape, multi-dot, or starburst, there's a high probability (99%) that you might have astigmatism without being aware of it. What you perceive is likely a small reflection of the LED light on the lens. A quick and simple way to confirm this is by using your cellphone to take a photo of the dot. If the photo shows a circular dot, you've essentially diagnosed yourself with astigmatism.
- Although it's feasible to install the optic on a handgun without the assistance of a gunsmith, we highly recommend seeking the expertise of a professional for the installation process. It's essential to note that unprofessional installations, such as improper torque application, can lead to issues like loose screws, an inability to hold zero, damage to the firearm or optic, and even pose a risk of personal injury.

Good Product With Specific Fitment
This is a solid mounting plate, but compatibility is very specific. It works great on older SAR9 series models, but not on newer Gen 3 or optic ready versions that already have a cut. As long as you match it to the right pistol, it’s a reliable and easy upgrade.
-
Works Well, Just Not for Gen 3
The plate itself is well made and works exactly as intended, but it’s important to understand it does not fit Gen 3 models. I initially assumed it would, but after checking, I realized it’s only for Gen 1 and Gen 2. Once used on the correct setup, it performed perfectly.
-
Easy First-Time Install
This was my first time installing a plate like this, and it turned out to be easier than I expected. Everything fit correctly and I didn’t need any special tools. Took about 15 minutes and I was ready to go.
-
Low Profile Feels Natural
One thing I really like is how natural the setup feels once installed. The optic doesn’t sit too high, and everything lines up comfortably when aiming. It doesn’t feel awkward like some other mounts I’ve tried.
-
Good Value for the Price
There are definitely more expensive mounting options out there, but this one does exactly what I need at a much better price. The quality is solid and it performs just as expected. For the cost, it’s a great value.
-
Holds Zero After Multiple Sessions
I’ve taken this setup out several times now and the optic has stayed perfectly zeroed. The plate feels solid and doesn’t show any signs of movement. It’s one of those parts you install once and don’t have to worry about again.
-
Important to Check Compatibility
The plate itself is excellent, but make sure you check your model. It fits Gen 1 and Gen 2 SAR9 series perfectly, but it does not fit Gen 3 or optic ready models. Once I confirmed I had the right version, installation was smooth and performance has been great.

Works Great on My SAR9 Gen 1
Mounted this on my SAR9 Gen 1 and it fit perfectly. Everything aligned well and the optic sits at a comfortable height. It feels like it was designed specifically for this setup.
-
Good Upgrade Without Modifying Slide
I didn’t want to send my slide out for milling, so this plate was the perfect solution. It allowed me to run a red dot without making permanent changes. If I ever want to go back to stock, I can. That flexibility was a big reason I chose this.
-
Clean Installation, No Hassle
The installation process was very straightforward. The plate replaced the rear sight cleanly and everything fit without forcing anything. I appreciate when parts are machined correctly so you don’t have to guess. This one just worked right out of the box.
-
Perfect Fit on My Gen 2
I installed this plate on my SAR9 Gen 2 and everything lined up exactly as it should. No gaps, no wobble, and the optic mounted securely. I took it to the range the same day and had no issues holding zero. It feels like a proper solution rather than a temporary add-on.
