Very easy to install

Awesome upgrade for most Mossberg Shotguns. On my Mav.88, there is a small gap behind the trigger to top of the pistol grip, but nothing to reduce function and everything fits snugly. Very reasonable expense, and makes the rifle look tough.!

Easy install . No instructions no nothing. You can figure it out in a few minutes. Also not made in the USA. Package clearly has made in China on it. Once installed feels good , looks good. For the price it’s ok.

Added this to my Maverick 88 in just under 10 minutes. Great upgrade and great construction seeing this was going on a $200 shotgun. As another reviewer mentioned there is a gap at the top of the pistol grip, below the receiver where it hugs the trigger guard but not enough to cause shooting discomfort or any compromise of integrity. Doesn’t come with instructions but a quick search on YouTube or a couple minutes of tinkering and you’ll have it figured out. Shipping was fast, free, and all parts arrived together. Certainly not a high end upgrade or anywhere near mil spec but for this price you cannot beat it. I was concerned about the action release being blocked after reading about some pistol grips causing interference but for my hands it does not pose an issue. If that is your concern, you should take a look at the $40 release arm upgrade. Would recommend especially for someone looking to increase appeal and function on their cheaper model Mossbergs.

Item came with no installation directions at all. Item was advertised on website as US Made. Item arrived with "Made in China" on all plastic bags containing parts and no indication of US Made anywhere on item.

CONS: The Stock+Pistol grip is very well designed with some very small nit picky fits issues. I would buy it again, yet the paper thin gap at the but are of the shot gun is an angle that could have used a little more precision fitting. The other area is the leading top edge of the grip that fails to make it contact the shotgun and leaves a small gap that your finger will feel. Last, is the grip; it is a little larger and for reg to big hands then the original 2020 version of the grip. Likely a good thing when in the heat of the moment, yet that is my first impression when I hold both grips. PROS: It has a padded rear AR style stock that if I wanted, could replace with any AR type rear stock. I love that and especially the one that it came with. Light weight and well designed, easy to adjust and use. OVERALL - I am glad I purchased and installed it. This is so much better then buying a gun with a stock at 2x the price. I got the stock I wanted and the shot gun I wanted. For much less then buying the conventional Mossberg with a regular stock. Worth the money !

Definitely impressed with both the pistol grip and the butt stock. Butt stock is sturdy, and goes together like a traditional AR style butt stock. The pistol grip has a great ergonomic design and mounted to my Mossberg 835 with no issues, very tight, and very clean. I had read in previous reviews that the slide release was a bit hard to access after installation. It wasn't a real issue but I did take a razor knife and some sand paper and opened it up a bit(any standard personal customization) for a better grip for my hands and have a quicker access to the slide release. The stock is sturdy but I haven't gotten to shoot with it yet so I can't review recoil. But for the budget and tactical advantage for your weapon, it is totally worth it. Supporting OUR local MADE IN USA companies should be the forefront and expect quality mold injections, especially for weapon mods. Thank you guys for performing the standard for Made In AMERICA! L

No complaints. The buttstock fit my mossberg 500 perfect.
