Happy with product quality from a good company.
I have purchased two of these forends from this company. In both instances the item was received well packed in a secure box. It was less than 1 week from time of order to delivery, so I'd say shipping is on point. My hobby is building and shooting MSR's. I'm not a tactical guy, nor do I run and gun, so I can get by with less-than-the-toughest product on the market. By saving money where I can, I get to build more rifles. This company allows me to build my rifles for less money and I am very happy with the quality of the products. They go together well and are within Milspec, and the finish is adequate for my needs. They look nice and hold up to normal wear and tear; Can't really ask for more than that. I also appreciate that they are made in the USA. I also buy gas blocks and tubes from this company, and they are also high quality. I would not hesitate to use their products in any rifle I would build.

ADE PRO 12" MLOK Rail
This rail is an amazing bargain. No better bang for the buck on the market IMO. Super light and tough for the weight. The 8-screw attachment system is superior to the more common underbarrel pinch system in both rigidity and ergonomics. I've used it on 2 rifles now and am super pleased.

The item arrived as described the only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is the packaging. Due to poor packaging the finish was damaged. Optics factory did a nice job with the customer service .

Nice Looking Handguard; Doesn't quite fit
Impressed with the design - great appearance - no gas tube interference - Very fast shipping - Just didn't quite fit however. Had to buy and use several more shims than were sent with the handguard. Also required what I thought was a high torque on the barrel nut to finally clock the nut with the handguard. In the end the multiple shims pushed the gap between the top rail on the handguard and the top rail on the upper by almost an 1/8 of a inch. For me I don't care for that so i'm hoping Optics Factory Customer service lives up to its reputation and lets me return this for a refund with out issues.

Product is great. A little disapointed that it has a small dent from shipping. but doesn't affect function. I still put it on rifle and love it. super lightweight.

Poor Quality Control
Hand guard arrived without the Allen wrench for mounting . The hand guard was marred through the anodizing on one side above the mounting screws, about 1/2" in size for one and about half that for the other spot. Additionally, the markings for ADE PRO appears to have been messed up. The marking was redone over sharpee but you can still see the indentation from the previous attempt. Lastly the "M" on the side was marred showing black through the logo. I would return it but this build needed to be finished so I'll have to refinish it and use it.
