Users also have the option to manually turn the red dot power off to disable the Motion Activated System.

    nice unit

Posted by Traft on 15th Aug 2025

I purchased this red dot for my .22 for small game hunting. It was easy to get dialed in, rugged, and bright. My only word of caution is that I haven't beat on it , etc, so I can't speak to heavy use condtions. Also, the brightness doesn't have memory, you need to reset each time. So if that bothers you, beware. If not, it's an affordable way to play around with a red dot and see how you like it.

Easy to install, adjust, and use

Posted by Nicholas on 15th Aug 2025

So far, so GOOD. It's mounted to my 16" AR-15 6.5 grendel as an offset optic. No issues.. However, my friend stepped on the cover and broke a portion of it. My only issue is no extra cover, but that's my fault. Ohhhh, also misplaced the instruction paper and they direct emailed a copy over, same day. Long story short, it turns on when I want it to, and its accurate.

    Great little sight

Posted by LV CFW Retiree on 15th Aug 2025

Automatic shutoff is great. Fits nicely on a Ruger 45/22 LITE with the mounting plate when scope mount base removed! Much lighter and smaller / neater than originally planned tube type Bushnell red dot sight with big brightness wheel on side. Looks even better with stock iron sights removed. Only negative is that the provided sight adjusting wheel does not fit the provided small blade screwdriver used to adjust windage and elevation. And yes, for those who are observant, the stock trigger has been replaced with a Volquartsen SST target one.

    Get it

This is great. Comes with a dust cover. Holds zero great as long as you remember to tighten the locking screws. Adjustable brightness. It's awesome. All the reviews saying it doesn't hold zero, didn't read the instructions. Loosen the locking screws, make the windage and elevation adjustments then tighten the locking screws. I've fired about 800 rounds of 9mm NATO after sighting it in and it hasn't moved at all. And yes it comes with the battery and picatinny rail mount so you can mount it on a rail or a pistol.

Good, but read the application notes well.

Posted by Tim Haile on 15th Aug 2025

5 stars, but with a caveat... This product seems to be well-constructed, and the glass and dot are good, especially for the price. However, it does not fit my RMR slide cut-out, nor does the ade adapter fit my slide. This may well have been my fault. Perhaps I misunderstood the advertisement. Obviously, the picatinny clamp allows this optic to be used on about any rifle rail, but the optic is too long to fit into my cut-out. I have concluded that for pistol use, it is designed to use only with the rear sight dovetail adapter. No problem for me, for I have other handguns that I can use it on.

Really surprised at the quality and ease of install

Posted by Customer on 15th Aug 2025

Got this to go on my Glock 20.... I've never had red dot before... So incredibly happy with this sight in every way... You can see from the picture... First shots were way left.. then I over adjusted to the right... Little by little I got it centered with the adjustment.. last 4 shots were money... This was at 25 yards... Also installed a factory 6 in barrel... Very pleased... Gonna take a doe with it this next season.

First i would like to say unless your just rolling in money i imagine you have tried to find a bargain on red dots for your handgun. This product is EXACTLY what i was looking for, zeroed in about 10 minutes with a boresighter and shoots right on. Currently running on a Mark IV tactical , easily installed and adjusted, I’m curious about its durability if i move it to my gen 4 Glock 19. Overall a fantastic product and exactly what i was hoping for, kept zero today after first range trip running 400 rounds, highly recommend the purchase. A quick note, if you have astigmatism such as me, you need to google how it interacts with a red dot sight before you claim your product is faulty or sub par quality.

Can't beat the price don't need a slide cut works perfect

Posted by isaac on 15th Aug 2025

Worked like a charm I had to dial it in a little but for the price this holds up and the mount I bought for my glock 17 from them fits perfect. took me 5-10 mins to install add some blue loctite.the mount had some extra screws I just used the screws the sight came with. So I have back ups if I ever drop one. Knocking out the rear sights are easy I used the Allen key it came with and a rubber mallet to knock it out super easy. Shot 200 rounds through it help up really good didn't lose a zero. I'll update when I hit 600 rounds. Shot at 10 yards the last two photos speak for themselves I had some get away from me but that's my fault. Going to a different range to try st 25 next time keep you posted

5.0 out of 5 stars Versatile and compact .An ideal sight for plinking to protection. When clear, quick target aquisition is essential.

Posted by Ford Clark on 15th Aug 2025

A few weeks ago when I purchased this sight, I did so because I needed it fast and ...quite honestly, I couldn't afford the optics that I really wanted. Now I'm glad I couldn't spend $100 more on what appears to be the same unit, probably manufactured by ADE. Don't let the price tag fool you. This is a nicely made and durable piece of hardware. I mounted mine on a Ruger 10/22 and it's been twice bumped quite hard. It held zero through each incident. If your needs don't include magnification. I don't think there's a better red dot out there and certainly not in the same price range. Yeah...they can be a bit of a pain to sight in initially, but once it's done and the locking screws are in place I doubt it will ever need to be done again. I speak from more than 50 years of shooting experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this sight to anyone. [ASIN:B00OJHL5RC Ade Advanced Optics RD3-009-2 Red Dot Sights]

5.0 out of 5 stars Glock 19 Gen 4 - Works Great after 200 rounds

Posted by Spencer M. on 15th Aug 2025

Very satisfied...Used on my Glock 19 Gen 4 with the mount the recommend. I just took it to the range and put 200 rounds down range. It came in already spot on, no sighting necessary. I kept a 4" group at 40 feet.... By the end of 200 rounds, the sight did not come loose at all or malfunction in any way. BE WARNED! It does not include any form of instructions. That's not a big deal if you're good at putting stuff together. I figured it out pretty quick with that add-on plate thing that you have to use for this on a handgun. I went all-out and followed online guides to use blue Loctite and everything. Most difficult part for me was removing the original sights. I destroyed them on accident, since I don't have the right tools for it. I drove a flathead screwdriver right through the sights...oops. Following the recommended Loctite and other mounting instructions, you shouldn't have any issues!

    First Impressions

Posted by Joseph N Arceo on 15th Aug 2025

So I was able to install this on my Glock 35 using a rear dovetail replacement bracket in about 5 minutes with minimal effort. I did order a sight pusher/removal tool to remove the old iron sights, but it was only about 40 dollars, and the mounting plate was less than 20, so with the sight I'm at about 120 dollars. So far I'm pleased with the results. I took it to my local range today. It took about 40 rounds before I felt I had zeroed the sight properly for 7 meters/21 feet, but after that it was pretty on target. I was hitting bulls eyes at 21 feet about 70 percent of the time and all shots were in the bulls eye, or first ring outside the bulls eye at that range.
