    Runs fine 3 brands ammo

Posted by DernTootin on 7th Mar 2025

Cleaned and lubed new kit, put it on gen 4 Glock 19. Too cold to shoot too much today (I'm old) 10 rds cci mini mag, 20 rds cci blazer and 10 rds Remington Golden bulk rapid fire. Not a hitch so far. When the north wind dies some I'll try some more, but so far, so good.

    Good, with limits

Posted by Stephen on 7th Mar 2025

This conversion is better than some websites report (at least mine is). I have not yet completed the 500 round break-in, but it has not had as many jamming/misfire problems as many report - but it has had them, averaging about one per magazine with CCI mini mags.

    Easy Coversion

Posted by Lanny on 7th Mar 2025

The slide and magazines form and fit match my Glock perfectly. Ammo is an issue I need to work through and I have CCI Minimag on order. So far I'm experiencing 7% failure rate with the .22 ammo I have tried. Excellent malfunction training though. Next step is a full cleaning.

    TSG22 glock convervion

Posted by Ashley Amber on 7th Mar 2025

Fits my glock as well as the stock slide. I loaded magazine and slide cycled a fee rounds but have not fired yet. Rounds appeared to seat correctly but wont know how well it really functions for couple weeks. This will be a inexpensive training alternative.

This is the best 22LR conversion kit I have ever owned

Posted by Jerry, on 7th Mar 2025

I am really unsure why there are so many negative reviews all over the internet on this setup. My first time taking this to the range I fired well over 500 rounds. I fired: mini-mags, stringer, cci segmented hollow points, velociters, blazer, cci standard velocity, federal match, remington golden bullet, armscor, winchester super X, and winchester M22. I had no failure to feeds, failure to cycle, failure to eject or any issue at all when using the federal, cci, or remington ammo. I did have issue with the winchester but I am pretty much convinced it is due to the poor quality of the ammo, with M22 being the worst. I would say if you buy this that you will have no issues at all using CCI, Federal, or remington ammo. ( I did not test federal champion ammo due to poor performance experienced on a few other 22lr rifles, I am unsure of how it will perform with this slide.) It is also worth noting that I was using a polymer 80 (gen 3 parts) compact frame. I also noticed that for the winchester super X, If i load the magazine to 9 rounds rather than 10 rounds the issues go away. The M22 however was horrible regardless of what I did. Pros: well built heavy Solid design simple take down Cons: None

    More fun with your Glock

Posted by More fun with your Glock on 7th Mar 2025

First class fit and finish , as good or better than the original Glock parts it replaces. There’s nothing better than training with your carry gun than using a .22 conversion. Same feel and trigger pull. Cheap shooting to get that muscle memory ingrained into your body.

    TSG-22 conversion

Posted by lgh on 7th Mar 2025

I had some function trouble in the first few hundred rounds. After that it has been good on a Gen 2 G17. A few failure to eject when it's dirty but OW quite happy with it. Pretty accurate for what I do - combat practice with a Glock trigger in a 22 at 7-10 yds. I have FO front/blck rear sight and preferred the conversion to a G44 with the 44's crappy sights. Be sure the top round clears the mag body. Just move it up or invert the mag and click the follower and it will work if you hold the slide release down when you run the slide for the first round. Pays for itself when I alternated 22 and 9mm training.

    Steven,

Exactly what was discribed on the web site and worked perfectly. The magazine that also came with it was great! Also the shipping to Hawaii was reasonable and fast. I’ll surely be ordering and using them again...glad the products are made in the !!!!!

From 2 stars to 4 stars

Posted by JM on 7th Mar 2025

On Gen 3 Glock 23. I had the same problems like everyone. I had to use small strips of gorilla tape to shim mag so bullet is aligned with feed ramp and created a tight fit. Gun runs way better. TS needs to come up with a better magazine. And no a Glock 44 mag doesn’t work. I tried.

    Great purchase

Posted by ROKBLADE on 5th Mar 2025

Purchased this .22lr upper assembly for my "glock" and it's great. Put it on a poly80 build, and its functioning very well. I use this build to work on precise trigger control, and also help teach my kids. I like the threaded part, eve though I don't have a suppressor, I put a cheap .22 fake one on and it keeps the pistol very flat while shooting. Cycles well, I've been using CCI brand ammo to great effect. I have easily put 1000 rounds through it so far in two weeks. Definitely recommend for training trigger control, new shooters, or general cheap plinking fun as most people use .22lr for.

perfectly good slide replacement and upgrade

Posted by Ficster, on 5th Mar 2025

I bought this to add a Holosun 407CO Red Dot to my Gen 3 Glock 22. Works like a charm. I made no other changes except adding Trijicon suppressor height night sights and after a hundred and fifty rounds not a single failure. The night sights co witness with the Holosun and the slide looks great on the Glock
