Starting 2024, this red dot will be shipped with the Motion Activated System. While the red dot is turned on, the red dot illumination goes to sleep after five minutes of inactivity, but when any motion or vibration is detected, it instantly switches on illumination at the previous brightness setting. Users also have the option to manually turn the red dot power off to disable the Motion Activated System.

Great product for price! Had an issue with getting the wrong mount, (one in add does not fit Xd9 mod.2 4.0.) But after writing them they had sent me the proper mount for no extra charge.
